Abandoned Joe Taranto Seafood Co.
Walking around Apalachicola, Florida, I came across this old building along the river and decided to see if I could take photos of the sunset behind it on the water. Turns out, the back of the Joe Taranto Seafood Co. building was kind of open, so I decided to photograph the inside in 360-degree images, which you can see below. The old coke machine, newspapers from Dec 17, 1972, and broken concrete along the edge of the water were all cool features of this location.

Once owned by Joe Taranto, the Joe Taranoo Seafood Co. business opened in 1923 and a popular spot along the river in Apalachicola. The location was so popular, they had 50 oyster shuckers. The business closed around the 1990s and has been rotting away since.
