Devil’s Courthouse Overlook
March 6th, 2019, I was driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway and stopped at mile marker 422 to stretch my legs and check out the scenery. While I was stopped, I decided to fly my DJI drone and capture some aerial images around Devil’s Courthouse overlook. Below you can view two of the 360-degree panoramic images that I captured that day. The rock formation that you can see in the photos is Devil’s Courthouse. The trail to get to the top of the “courthouse” is only a 0.8 miles hike.

About the area
Devils Courthouse is one of the most prominent and recognizable mountains just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. The overlook is a very popular spot, with gorgeous, panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. To get the best view, you should hike to the top of the Devil’s Courthouse which provides some of the best views of Asheville.
