The Carrabelle Bottle House
Back in May 2022, I stopped at the Carrabelle Bottle House to check it out as it’s one of the few local attractions and art projects. Below you can see two 360-degree panoramic images I captured at the location. One shows the inside of the bottle house and the other outside shows the exterior and lighthouse made out of bottles.
Click here to view it in fullscreen.
Equipment used to capture the 360-degree panoramic images:
- Canon 6d mkii
- Canon 8-15mm F4
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Photoshop
- Photomatix

About the Bottle House
While technically not a house but more of a large round shed, the bottle house was started in 2012 by Leon Wiesener who wanted to recreate some art designed from his childhood. The property is open to the public and is lit at night. There is a small gate that you need to open and close behind you so as to not let the homeowner’s dogs out. When I was there, I did not see anyone nor did I see or hear any dogs. Learn more about the Carrabelle bottle house at the City of Carrabelle website.
